User Agreement governing access to and use of the TradeForMe platform
Last updated: 07 October 2026 · Governing jurisdiction: India
Please read carefully. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of TradeForMe ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, including the Risk Disclosure (Clause 6) and the Regulatory Status (Clause 7). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
No capital protection. TradeForMe does not offer capital protection, insurance, a guarantee, or any assured repayment on any cycle. Returns are variable and are not assured. You may lose all of the money you allocate. TradeForMe holds no registration from SEBI, RBI, or any other financial regulator, and no regulator or compensation scheme stands behind your capital (see Clauses 6, 7 and 8).
1.Introduction & Acceptance
TradeForMe is an online platform that allows Users to allocate funds towards market-linked participation cycles and to track the performance of such allocations through a personal dashboard. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2.Definitions
"Cycle" means a time-bound allocation of funds made by a User through the Platform, the outcome of which is linked to market movement and is settled as described on the Platform.
"Deposit" means funds transferred by a User to the Platform for the purpose of participating in Cycles.
"Returns" means any gains credited to a User's account arising from a settled Cycle. Returns are variable and are never guaranteed.
"Referral Programme" means the optional, discretionary promotional arrangement described in Clause 11. Any benefit under it is voluntary, is not a return on investment, and is not payable for recruiting or introducing Users.
3.Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- One individual may operate only one account. Duplicate, false, or misleading accounts may be suspended and any associated bonuses forfeited.
- You agree to complete any identity / KYC verification we reasonably require, including before processing withdrawals, as required under applicable anti-money-laundering norms.
4.Nature of Services
The Platform provides a software interface through which Users allocate funds toward market-linked Cycles and monitor their accounts. The Company is not a bank, a non-banking financial company, a mutual fund, a portfolio manager, or an investment adviser, and does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, or offer of a security or a guaranteed-return product. Allocation decisions are made solely by the User at the User's own discretion and risk.
5.No Guaranteed Returns
The Company does not guarantee, assure, or promise any fixed, minimum, or assured rate of return, profit, or income. Any figures, projections, targets, or historical results displayed on the Platform are illustrative only and are not a promise of future performance. Returns depend on market conditions and other factors outside the Company's control. The Company publishes no return target, projection, or expected-rate figure for any cycle, and its marketing is aligned with this Clause.
6.Risk Disclosure (Important)
You expressly acknowledge and accept that:
- All market-linked participation carries a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of part or all of your capital.
- Funds allocated through the Platform are not a bank deposit and are not insured by the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC) or any other insurer or government scheme.
- No capital protection applies. The Company does not offer, promise, or operate any capital-protection, principal-refund, principal-guarantee, or assured-repayment product, policy, or feature on any Cycle. If a Cycle closes without profit, or at a loss, that outcome is borne by the User and is not refunded or credited back as of right.
- No compensation scheme stands behind your capital. No regulator, ombudsman, investor-protection fund, or deposit-insurance scheme covers amounts allocated through the Platform.
- If the Company ever applies a goodwill credit to a User account, that is a voluntary, non-contractual act. It creates no right, no obligation, and no expectation in respect of any other Cycle or User, and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- You should allocate only funds that you can afford to lose, and you should obtain independent professional advice if you are unsure.
- You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, having understood these disclosures.
7.Regulatory Status
The Company makes no representation that it holds any registration, licence, or authorisation from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or any other financial regulator. The Company holds no such registration, and the Platform is not supervised by any regulator. Pooled, market-linked arrangements of the kind offered here may require registration under Indian law, including under the SEBI Act, 1992 and the Companies Act, 2013; no claim of any such registration is made. The Platform does not offer a deposit product or any assured-return product, and nothing in these Terms creates an assured repayment obligation of any kind. By using the Platform, the User acknowledges this status and accepts the associated risks. Nothing in these Terms shall be read as a claim of regulatory approval, of safety, or of regulatory recourse.
8.Funding Your Account
- Deposits are accepted only through the payment methods displayed on the Platform and are credited to the User's account after verification of the corresponding proof of payment. Verification may be manual and may take a reasonable period.
- The Company reserves the right to reject, reverse, or request further evidence for any deposit that is unverifiable, disputed, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the declared amount.
- The User is solely responsible for ensuring that deposits originate from an account held in the User's own name and from lawful sources.
- Amounts credited to a User account are held to fund participation in Cycles. They are not a deposit with the Company, are not repayable at any assured rate, and carry no interest, capital protection, or assured repayment obligation.
9.Cycles & Settlement
- Each Cycle has a defined amount band and duration as displayed on the Platform. Outcomes are settled on completion according to the rules then displayed.
- Settlement values are variable and depend on the factors described on the Platform; no specific outcome is assured (see Clauses 5 and 6).
- The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Cycle type, rate, or feature, prospectively, with notice on the Platform.
10.Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the User's verified payout method within the timelines displayed on the Platform. Certain portions (for example, principal) may be subject to a processing or settlement period.
- The Company may withhold, delay, or decline a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud review, chargeback/dispute investigation, or where required by law or a lawful authority.
- Only one withdrawal request may be in process per account at a time.
11.Referral Programme
The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a discretionary promotional benefit linked to genuine activity on the Platform. Any such benefit is not a return on investment, is not a payment for recruiting or introducing Users, and is not payable merely because a person registers or funds an account. The Company does not operate, endorse, or permit any multi-level, chain, matrix, or recruitment-based compensation arrangement, and no User may promote or present the Platform as such. Any promotional benefit is credited only as described on the Platform, is subject to anti-abuse review, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation result in forfeiture of the benefit and possible account suspension.
12.Tax & Tax Deduction (TDS)
- The User is solely responsible for determining and discharging the User's own tax liabilities (including income tax on any gains) under the Income-tax Act, 1961 and other applicable laws.
- Where required by law, the Company will deduct tax at source (TDS) and remit it to the Government, and will furnish the corresponding TDS certificates/details to the User.
- The Company will make available to Users their account statements and transaction data reasonably required for their tax-filing and compliance needs, on request or through the Platform's statement-download facility.
- The Company does not provide tax advice; Users should consult a qualified tax professional.
13.User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.
- Not use the Platform for money laundering, terror financing, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
- Not attempt to breach security, manipulate outcomes, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
- Not misrepresent identity, payment proofs, or referral relationships.
14.Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, or where required by law. On termination, legitimate verified balances (if any) will be settled to the User's verified payout method subject to Clause 10 and applicable law.
15.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in this Clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind except those that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
16.Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, or expenses arising from the User's breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by the Company's own fraud or wilful misconduct.
17.Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except limited use for accessing the Platform as intended.
18.Privacy & Data
User data is processed for operating the Platform, verification, security, and legal compliance, and is handled with reasonable care. Users may request their data or statements as described in Clause 12. Please refer to any separate Privacy Policy made available on the Platform.
19.Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, outages, network failures, government action, or changes in law or regulation.
20.Amendments, Severability & Waiver
We may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be notified on the Platform and continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
21.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in India, in English; subject to the foregoing, courts in India shall have jurisdiction. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief or cooperating with lawful authorities.
22.Grievance & Contact
For grievances, support, or data/statement requests, Users may contact the Grievance Redressal Officer through the support channel published on the Platform. The Company will acknowledge a grievance within 3 working days of receipt and will endeavour to resolve it within 30 days. Users should retain the acknowledgement and any complaint reference number. If a User is dissatisfied with the outcome, they may seek independent legal advice or approach the appropriate lawful authority.
